Coronavirus pandemic has changed the world. It changes not only people’s activities, work, but also behaviors toward the other people such as how they behave when they are near somebody. They must practice social distancing wherever they are. It happens because people need to avoid the coronavirus transmitting. Many ways are applied in order to cut down this chain.
In teacher session of talkative, SMPIT Al Haraki teachers were given a chance to socialize how people can cut down the coronavirus chain in the world by using English. This event was held on February 25th, 2021 at 14.15 WIB via Zoom. Ms. Adeirah, English native speaker, bounced off the walls in leading the teachers to learn Procedure Text and how it was applied. Teacher Session of Talkative was held in order to help teachers improve their English skill, especially speaking.
Before this event was held, teachers had been divided into a few groups and directed to make an interesting video based on the themes given. Then, they presented it in front of the class. This event was very interesting. It could increase not only teachers’ creativity, but also their English. By inviting an English native speaker, hopefully teachers could take many advantages to help them excavate their potency, courage and skills.
